A out 4.38 I met him at P.O. They liked drawings on Pic. R. He got story from Scribners. Stopped at Dorothy's she's been very ill, operation. He had lunch with Hank & Holly. Wea. Wednesday 15 Ther. A working on shelf for tank all day. I sick in bed, cold, headache - Letters from Holly & Chub. Wrote to Mother sent Mary's letters & Bonnell clippings.
