Temp 16%.  A announcements of show here.  All morning addressing them & writing notes to people.  I wrote to Neely, A to same.  I wrote to Alfy.  In P.M. down to boat.  Check came from Youths ^[[(in evening mail)]] Companion.  Check from Stieglitz - A to Huntington deposited S. check.

Wea.     SATURDAY 10     Ther.
I cleaning house all morning.  A to Huntington to deposit Y.C. check & market.  I to Huntington in P.M  A got me artics, I had to change them for larger ones.  Got Crepe de chine to make present for Holly.  A rag rug for Dottei.  In evening A drew & I posed for 5 figures in Y.C. story.

Wea.     SUN. DEC. 11, 1927     Ther.
A drawing, I to Yacht Club for box of silks.  Cut out Holly's breakfast jacket in afternoon & started sewing.  Tony & Louisa here about 7.30, Tony brought up 1/2 gal good wine L. 1/2 cake she made.  They had supper with us.  We showed them drawings, played victrola, a quite nice time.

Wea.     MONDAY 12     Ther.
Arthur's show opened.
Cleaned up boat  Cap Sammins[[?]] in with apples.  Sewed on Holly's present & posed for woman in story - A did that one over.  In eve. rowed & A drew.  Both out for a walk in afternoon.  Letter from Hank in eve. mail saying they would not be out.  A called up O'Keeffe & Stieglitz in morning, S. said show looked finer than he had thought it would.
