SUN. 24  Hard rain in night, everything wet  read, J. McG. in.

MON. 25  Cleaned boat in A.M. To Huntington 5 & 10  things for Bills birthday  mailed box in P.M.

TUES. 26  Washed, & dried out [[underlined]] everything [[/underlined]] on boat - sails too.  Both tired of c[[?]]

WED. 27  Painted on "shell" all day.  A did two tin and chiffon[[?]] waters & made frames for my paintings.  
THUR. 28  Out with boat.  First swim.  got shells & flowers on beach.  A & J. McG. fished.  To Lloyds crabs & back

FRI. 29  Took flowers to Pl[[?]] at 8.30.  Letter from Mother.  Rain again.

SUN. 31  A & I claming, sank duck boat.

MON. JUNE 1  Washed knickers etc  Taphouse kids all here in evening.

TUES. 2  Put up awning.

WED. 3  Cable from Mary asking for $100.  Scrubbed cabin.

THUR. 4  A & I to Huntington  cabled Mary $100.  Wrote [[underlined]] Mother [[/underlined]] & Chub.

FRI. 5  To Huntington with Irene, got food etc.  To Sand City, with I & J.  Dinner, swim.  Lovely bare place.  

SAT. 6  To another little basin - grove [[?]]it  stayed there till Sunday morning.
