SUN. 25  To the Physiocs to dinner.  A Mr & Mrs Epono there.  [[underlined]] 85 [[/underlined]] mile gale in afternoon - we worried about boat  Home at 7, hard rowing, sat up till it calmed down

MON. 26  Decided to call it a summer & move into winter quarters.  Got more cold, busy doing odds & ends.
TUES. 27  Letter from Mother.  Washed.  Man ^[[in]] with three dimentional pictures.  A & I to see "The Gold Rush"  Sent basket of fruit to Physiocs
WED. 28  Cleared out things for tin boat - packed some clothes paintings etc. away  [[underlined, heavier writing]] Snow [[/underlined, heavier writing]]
THUR. 29  Finished black blouse.  A finished fish net  Wrote to Mother about Brussels carpet
FRI. 30  Made over A's French trousers into knickers.  started to work on tree but painted it out.  A to Huntington
SAT. 31  Johnny George gave green tomatoes, made pickles  A in with wine

SUN. 1  Finished pickles - read papers  I for a walk in P.M.
MON. 2  Washed - rain dried things in [[?]] house.  A & I to Tonys  There in eve.

TUES. 3  Ironed, scrubbed toilet.  A & I & Gertrude for walk in P.M.
WED. 4  Painted toilet - Captain Clark in  [[strikethrough]] A [[/strikethrough]]  John in with wine, A, J. & I to look at "Lets Go."  64 ft. x 20 - fine made boat.
THUR. 5  Painted & scrubbed, head ache & lay down in P.M. 
FRI. 6  Letter from Physiocs  Postals from Elizabeth & Dusenberries.  ^[[A.]] called up E.  going there next week.
SAT. 7  Carpets from Mother, fixed boat.  A to Huntington.  brought back books on religion, India, China, Plato.
