MONDAY-8
Letter & check from Stieglitz for 400.00 for 2 paintings bought by Duncan Philips.  Wash.  A to Huntington deposited check, got income tax blank & made it out. I cleaning, & canvas stretching. A mailed $200. check to Corn Exchange. Charlie Lighthouse here with clams - 50ยข worth. Marvelous chowder but made me sick. "Sailing Around the World Alone" by Joshua Slocum from S. McCoy. Read aloud to Arthur in evening.

TUESDAY-9
I finished "S.A.T.W.A." in A.M.  Walked to Huntington in P.M, bought curtain stuff for door, pillow cover & pocket stuff. Paint came from Schneider.
