Wea. FRI. FEB. 24, 1928 Ther.
Both painting I on "Valentine" A on new big abstraction. Wrote note to Club all of Sunday. I to Harrington late & got magazines.
A to Huntington in morning for copper for frames & tin to paint on.

Wea. SATURDAY 25 (S) Ther.
A to Huntington marketing, stopped at [[?]] & both back here. A got paints & went up to [[?]] to re-do wall in Toy room. A back for lunch & in P.M. both up there. I painted small patch of trees & fence. A really big effect got by A. Finally got Mr. [[?]] working. I back to fix fires, Mrs. [[?]] & John & Lawrence [[?]] came right one. B. [[?]] & A. later.

A brought to my bed a small poem called "The Oily Boid". He built fresh fire in front room n'everything. I up late. Cleaned up kitchen & got dinner. Looking [[?]] papers. A writing some Philosophies.
