Wea. SAT. MARCH 31, 1928 Ther. A has bad cold, & weather [[blot out]] cold & A wind. I insisted A stay inside & got coal, water, etc. Went to Huntington. Painted - flower. Washed hair. A. did tall narrow painting. Wea. SUN. APRIL 1 Ther. Reading paper. A & I for walk up to woods - I in to Spenses boat. [[end page]] [[start page]] I washed & ironed. A in & out - to Huntington, got box of assorted nuts for mother's Easter. Mailed them & eggs to Torr children. Irene and Jim in to supper. Wea. TUESDAY 3 Ther. I to N.Y. on 10.06. Bought sweet black coat. Then to Dorothy's to lunch, & until train time. Back on 4.23. A had had temp. & headache - feeling better by eve. Had heard from Hank & Holly & fixed everything for them, fire, food, etc. They arrived at 8:30, here for a while & we over there.
