A matted Life drawing.  Both to Yacht Club.
I finished dress.
Both wrote silly letter to McCoys.
I wrote to Dotty.

Wea. SATURDAY 11 Ther.
A got lumber from Al and built over bump in bow - made it wider again.  I to Huntington late in afternoon after pouring rain.

A 70 mile gale, about 60 here.
Wea. SUN. AUG. 12, 1928 Ther.
Lots of damage.  Man who eels here, will look up place in Westchester Creek for us for winter quarters.  Took naps.  Eddy, Mrs. Holly & Bill here in evening.

A wrote to Youths Companion.
I not feeling very well.  Sewed.
A got ideas for jokes & made series of sketches.
An envelope with "Greetings" from Elizabeth, with 2 swell drawings from Peg & Sig.
