[[underlined]] East wind, quite hard. [[/underlined]] A started drawing for Colliers. I posed. Cold much better. Ship mate going all day. Tin boat loose, A rowed it over to Taphouse beach.
A sent Bill 100, & wrote to him & to his mother.
A called up Mr. Pratt, telling him it will be next week before we go over.

Wea. THURSDAY 20 Ther.
A worked on drawing.
I to Huntington for mantles for lamp. Came back & had indigestion & lay down.

Wea. FRI. SEPT. 21, 1928 Ther.
A to N.Y. I rowed him over. Did wash & cleaned paint on boat, etc. A back on 12.57 [[underlined]] with drawing, they didn't like it - want more of a "smash" in colored inks.
A to Huntington.

Wea. SATURDAY 22 Ther.
[[smudge]] I to Huntington to get A's suit etc.
Both doing chores.
