JANUARY 10 Thurs.
Another gale in night - it jerked the house.
I called up Neely M. would not be up, & Howards & said good bye. Arthur called up Alice Marchand, & had nice talk.
Arthur painted.
I took nap in P.M. - headache.
In evening Cap. Rapp here to supper, he felt Blue. Talked of a porch objecting over the water, he was well repaired, & W. is rat headelled.

Friday. JANUARY 11
Arthur finished "Moonlight".  I did drawing of Room, & stretched canvas.
I wrote to Helen B. Joy, Bill & Edith.
  Arthur wrote terribly funny letter to Fulers.  Said in connection with tip on Bush Terminal; "Lord if it doesn't I'll put on the fur coat get in the Ford drive down to the beach & out to sea".
Arthur the darling, has hard cold.
