SEPTEMBER 16 Monday
I ironed several dresses & silk to do designs on.
A painted on a green & green yellow one, and read Cezanne
and made drawings.
In afternoon I made drawing from purple flower water color,
& fixed another.
In evening A wrote to his family saying we would [[strikethrough]] com [[/strikethrough]] go up to Geneva after Friday.
I wrote up a week of diary.

Tuesday SEPTEMBER 17
Cleaned up place. Holly in with a funny
Dorothy Parker letter for an ad. to Hank. Mother and Chub here. Lunch.
All got a bit vehement on "Mothers." think ours was a little hurt, and prefers incense.  Too bad, but partly a nice day.
