NOVEMBER 17 Sunday
Stuffed & roasted chicken from Al.  Arthur to Huntington with Hank - just for the ride.  I looked over all my sketches. In afternoon Al in for a call.

Wrote to Chub accepting Thanksgiving dinner.

Tide over cause way & our old docks
Monday. NOVEMBER 18
Box from Sears Roebuck came. Arthur gave it back to Hank & to H.  again with him.
I mounted silk design.

Arthur made frame for "Primative Jazz", made rack for his tools.
After dinner both to Huntington called up & found Kalamazoo had arrived, called up Tony, he out, got Armand.  Went up & examined stove, went to "Heywood Browns" for 9.00 worth of copper framing, home & saw Tony's truck & they with stove nearly at door - Uncrated it, put it inside.  In eve. mail Arthur's letter to Bill with - photographs & check (mailed Nov. 5) Came back.  A called up Mrs. Cobb - Bill coming in Thursday.  Called up Ruth R.  Bill fine.

The name "Chub" if often written, but never completely clearly. It could be "Clint", but it is in the diaries many, many times and has been usually transcribed at Chub.
