DECEMBER 5 Thursday
I wrote long letter to Mother, sent her Vanity Fair, Liberty, and grey scarf. Sent her letter to Chub with note. Let down straps on lucid skirt.

Friday DECEMBER 6
Both to N.Y. on 8.11.
To new Museum of Modern Art. Very fine show, got catalogue. Arthur after telephoning went to see Stieglitz - had lunch with him and Georgia. They have a new gallery -
better than other, on Madison Ave. between 46 & 47 Sts.
I got some Christmas presents had lunch, tried to get shoes at Sachs but did not. Back to museum to meet Arthur.
He there. Met Karl Ruggles - nice time with him.
