Thursday.  MAY 29
Both to N.Y. on 8.11.  To An Am. Place. Saw show of 5 - Stieglitz - dine; Rosenfeld has taken "Silver Ball."  Phillips is keeping two so far, may only buy one.  Demuth there - met Stroud at Reubens, Beck unable to come, infection, Hartly there.  To their house, saw Beck & her lovely paintings on glass - Strouds photo. Very fine.  Home on 5.11 - very late.

Cleaned up place & rested.  Arthur helping with float.

Arthur brought can opener and sent it to Davidsons.
