Tuesday OCTOBER 14 (S)
Both up early. Arthur to Huntington. I swept, dressed self and chicken, put it in to roast. Got every thing else ready for an early dinner. We waited - no Paul. At 1.45 he telephoned from Huntington that he & Dorothy were there. So here in few minutes. Everything went well. Arthur & Paul talked to Bill on telephone and later to their Mother.
Dorothy & Paul here until about 1 00 A.M. in the evening when they started off in the rain for Bayonne N.J. Us to bed pretty tired -

Wednesday OCTOBER 15
I'm bed most of day, had my breakfast and lunch handed to me.
Arthur painted on, and greatly improved part in back in "Acid Green Tree."
I up in afternoon about in time to go to bed again.
