Fri. NOVEMBER 21
A letter from Mother with check for 5.00 - birthday. Arthur started all over again on 4 tanks - got it all painted in & very handsome now.
I started painting of lights at night but rubbed it out. Arthur to Huntington came in grining - had gotten black & white dress & [[tam ??]] - but too small. So both to Huntington & got 3 piece one - very nice - birthday. Also chop suey.

Both to Huntington in morning 
Holly here, very low, in afternoon.
Later Chub, Douglas & Caroline here. D. very low. Nice time together in morning.
