Sunday - OCTOBER 22 *
Cleaned house in A.M.
The Nebels, baby too, here at 2. P.M. took us for drive & he & A. waded in for small fishes for experimentation.
[[arrow]] In early morning Arthur did 2 fine water colors, one a little row of boathouses on "peninsula," the other green boathouse with pink roof & tree with leaves against house.

Monday - OCTOBER 23
Both up at 6 A.M. A snappy morning, after breakfast both dug 3 rows of potatoes.
I made a pie. Arthur putting vegetables on Wards in cellar most of day -
Nebel here returning Marin's book & other things.
