Monday  FEBRUARY 19  [[hand drawn star]]
Arthur did in again - "Before Snow Storm" changed drawing, & color.  I worked on Self Portrait, until dark - painted almost all again - much better.  Did chores after dark, both of us.
A young blizzard starting, snow - cold.  Paul here in eve. liked A's painting of self & horses.  A fine letter from Stieglitz -
Neuman has a place in 509 & has 6 of Arthur's paintings there.

Arthur started letters to Stieglitz & Phillips.

Tuesday - FEBRUARY 20
2 below zero & north wester - Very severe again.  Arthur got truck going, and provisioned us up.  I just did house.  Paul here in afternoon, then to dinner at 6 & at 8 took us to see Greta Garbo and Mickey Mouse - Both fine.  She in "Christina of Sweden, he in a spring Idyll.
