Sunday March 18
Arthur & I both concentrating on Stieglitz article.  A whole new first part done.  In P.M. I tired, lay down, read a Sherlock Holmes story to us.

Monday March 19
Arthur working on the Stieglitz article, reading dozens of his, S's letters.  Italian here, & Mr. Troutman for hay. Arthur & Lindsay loaded Mr. T while Paul collected. Post card from Mother.  In A.M. I doing chores mixing cadmium.  The Cadmium Purple came from Mr. E.'s friend. [[horizontal line drawn across page]] Lindsay in here, Paul drove him to Rochester & stayed overnight.  I painted in P.M. on Self Portrait - After supper Arthur & I to the Nebels, read new article, both liked it & said to change nothing.  Nebel to Wrestling with A. who collected 3.00.
