A letter from ^[[Stieglitz, saying]] O'Keefe had bought 6 water colors. Stieglitz sent $135,00 keeping $15.00 for the Place -
Arthur telegraphed Miss Bier (Phillips' Mem. Gal.) to stop payment on check, found he did not [[?]] it when he got to Bank.
Also wrote to them -
I wrote to Rehms, Louise & Lane -
Dorothy R. arrived about 4 P.M. - Morses, man & boy, brought her up.

Had dandelion greens - dinner supper. Letter from Chub.
Creek a raging torrent.
Had to sit close to fires - talked.
