Birds shat on Douglas' car - Douglas mad.
Lillies of the valley up from the 5¢ & 10¢.
Two hens laying steadily.

Friday, May 17, 1935
Planted peas, beans, corn.
Truck crashed & burned - Mrs. Watson brought us 2 fish & a * turkey from it - loot.
Chief engineer Black took lake all apart -
Assistant engineer land - scapegardened edge of lake.
Nebels came Friday evening.
