Rain.
I stretched a Canvas to paint Dorothy on.
Arthur, D. D. and I to town, got her some Clothes! Arthur to look at Lake - big white caps and a really salt smell.

Thursday, June 20, 1935
Rain 60°
Arthur and I to town -
George Cunningham came. He & Dottie to town, she bought me 2 [[?]] dresses.
I got dinner most of afternoon.
Arthur for Mabel Nebel. A good dinner.
Paul here with phonograph. The others to Comessos. Bill & I took Mabel  home, then I back to bed.
Letter from Terry, very nice, "doesn't wonder we are sore" etc.
Dottie had letter from tenant - Dottie has to dash to Wash.
