Both to 512 - Arthur to Bank first, talked to Mr. Alexander then both to 512. Probably will get a couple of hundred more on loan. I had a talk with Mrs. Schuman. Bill here in P.M. with further Cooly estimate.
* Arthur made a can large mastic varnish.

Tuesday, November 19, 1935 *
Arthur to bank again but could not see Mr. Alexander.
Bill and I cleared out & cleaned Paul's room.
Paul & Max all right, had bad time in Hudson river.

In P.M. Arthur laid in "Wind storm" in tempera.
I did some sorting in my work room.
Ned Gaylord came to look at morse oil stove, which Arthur had taken all apart in A.M. Not much suggestion from him, except that he need taller chimney, or [[?replacing]] jigger on it.
