[[end page]] [[start page]] Another blizzard! Thursday, January 23, 1936 1 above Z. Temp. 55 below in parts of country. Arthur framed water colors, nailed paintings into frames. A roaring white day. I did my small tempora of snow fields. George here with a bright purple face, turned back first time he started. Bill got better coal. Bill telephoned - mad - A visitation from Alexander & Vermilea. Boiler has to be blown out. new radiator in north apt. Arthur called later both done, much warmer. Read in Geneva Times Max Wheat & Paul Dove will stick to the ship till Spring.
