Both to 512 at 9.15 A.M.  Arthur opened safe.  Mr Linz brought man who bought it for $10.00.  Brought contents here.  Marketed, out again for ale & spring air.  Bill & Marion here to supper.  Phonograph and monkey shines.  A good talk.  They left at 12.

Rain.  Bill & Marion left for Washington.

Mr. Curtis here most of afternoon.  Told a wonderful story of a duel he fought with Spot Higgins.  He will pay $400.00 for brick, machinery & buildings!  50 more for rail road ties. Nebel called.
