Arthur finished "Calves" very fine. 

We both to town - got N.Yorker - papers.
Floods still raging.

A letter from Paul saying not to hold Bill's apt. in 512 for him.

Snow & rain.
 
Arthur left ^[[walked]] at about 8.30 and walked to O'Brien's office.  The Frantz came & paid $200.00 cash left on mortgage. Arthur paid Dwyer $25.00 deposited the rest.  Arthur paid Mr Troutman - took flower to Esther Bullock.
