72˚  Thunderstorm in eve.

Arthur telephoned Jimmy - he brought 4 more frames in P.M.  Arthur got glass - I washed it.  Arthur to Mr O'Briens about Rail Road suit - etc.  Had talk about sales, our leaving here.  Jimmy has more water color frames to make, in case more are needed gave him list of flat frames for mine.  Nice Letter from Louise Rehm in P.M. mail - both wrote cards to her.  I worked on remaking black coat.  Arthur & I had long talk.  Post card from Mary.  Arthur sent her one.

Thursday, March 24, 1938

Letter from Stieglitz saying "they're a grand lot of pictures."  Going to hang them Sat. morning.  [[strikethrough]] Jimmy here with rest of water color frames.  Arthur waxed them. [[/strikethrough]]  
George & I cleaned.  Arthur and I "assembled"  rest of watercolors, 7, packed them - paper on backs still damp, also small tempera painting Arthur finished, carried them to N.Y. Central with aid of trunk straps.
