Arthur working on "Graphite" or "The Return from the "Antartic"-
I to P.O. - too cold.  Mrs Quarry in to lunch.  A strange woman, burst in asking if she could get warm.  Said they were out of gas - car, man outside - Arthur said; "I'll take out this gallon of white gas," She said; "I wish you'd shoot him!"  Arthur pushed car to Bobs, with his names - Moreback - Then we to Northport.
