Went completely over landscape & Mars Violet  Med the Damars 1:2 with Wax Emul - & little Poppy oil.    Letter from Helen Bonnell ab. R's painting.  Cath took glasses to Northport  Said they had been put in too hot water.  Wouldn't do it.  C tel R [[notation in short hand]] 28:55 for car port.

Raymond Wood here looking for wk, to sell eggs etc.  Made 300 cc's Damar varnish in turps 1:2 -  Postal to Keeds (Hey!) Cath here fixed front door - R. stretched canvas. Dorothy came. Saw alot of paintings & picked water color of "Parrot & Monkey Wrench - J.B. here bp down in [[underlined]]"40s" [[/underlined]] 6-8?  Dorothy wants to take some to Dr. Holt. Took a friend to Dr. Kniting.  J.B. tells me to stay up late & be a bit more civilized.  Showed J.B. what we did to the frames by hot water - Barom ^ 30:34
