Arrive Hartford found mother awake and hear that father is in sanitarium and had operation today for intestinal obstruction by the two Doctors Boucher. Nan up from New York and she says father rested well tonight after the operation. She talked with him Dr. John & said fathers head was fine and sound and his kidneys as strong as a boy of 18. Dr. B feels encouraged
