Gloucester Times Teresa is very gracious today Indeed she most always is. Brings candy and peaches in a nice little red sand pail for Jerome and Theresa. Carol gets to talking of our domestic affairs and Theresa tries to tell her how small such things are. She is remarkable. Carol holds her own however. We have all a pleasant day spite of everything. Theresa stays to dinner and we set the big table. Carol putting Jerome & Teresa at the smaller one. Have a good dinner and after Carol takes Miss S up to the farm on the hill. When they get back T misses her big straw hat and they go back to look for it. Return without finding it to find N. H Gray and his new wife at home on the verandah with me Grants came all the way from Hartford by trolley. Take them up on the mountain to pick berries with Jerome & Teresa. Mrs G. says they live in Wethersfield 19 Wilcox St. Have them stay to supper and take them back through the berry bushes to get the car back to Boston as She want to see the Museum in the morn fore he returns to H. Big day of entertaining Carol tired out with it and us entirely out of funds.
