Obviously she's pleased. See a photo of her when she was young  very charming  very.  Stop at Capt Nave's found him with red haired model.  Capt. says their trip to Phil. was great  Dickinsons picture made great hit  D comes in as Im just in midst of heart attack after drinking some of the Captain's whisky.  D says his father is in Mountforts & wants me to meet him.  After he goes off Miss Fulcher comes in to see what she can do for me.  Sets down beside me and suggests remedies - the lady is very nice and she seems sad every time I look at her - as though she felt I knew how she was living and did not approve.  Poor girl.  Get Captain interested in idea of painting decoration on his wall opposite the window.  He likes the idea & says he thinks he'll do it.  I tell him he ought to send his big full length of red haired model to Academy & he says he believes he will.  Go in to see Ds father  find him very true gentleman  quiet  very fine very fine.  Mountfort idly smiling & tells how his pictures
