Go over to see Miss R (Mrs Gordon ([[Barns?]]) who is back from Japan with new [[strikethrough]] bab [[/strikethrough]] infant and has her old McDougall alley studio.  Stop to see  Mowbray Clarke's wife about cuts of his sculpture.  Miss Rosental promises to write to Bourdelle.  She is one of his pupils.  Mrs Mow C. terrible  talkes rather nice runs bookstore "Sunwise Turn" 31st St in quaint old English style store from which she must move right away.  Mrs M.C says she doesn't like Flanagans new head of Weir at all as she looks at the rep. in my paper.  I can understand why! poor lady.    Friday 23 May  drop into Knoedlers  Charlie Knoedler yells Hello Jim Britton.  I stop to chat with him when Roland K comes out of Henschels office loge and shakes hands.  Says he's looked into the paper  Says "You wanted us to cooperate with you didn't you  I say "I'd be delighted if you would."  "Well he says "I'll take that matter up with you next week."
