Carlton Chapmans exhibition up.  See Mrs. Ponelle tomorrow about Chase & Ryder owned by Mr [[space]].  Back to Knoedlers.  Roland in Neuschele office  came out puts his hand on my shoulder says "Britton Britton I'm still rushed to talk now will to something in the Fall.  I say a word or two and he's called away again.  Then comes back again & says really with the heat and every thing he cannot decide but will I come in again.  Griffin comes in & says he sold the "Boar Lodge" to [[Singer?]] who is in Norway.  Talks a lot about his ps selling to young Gerrity & me.  Asks about the paper - Looks it over says "Put me down - here I'll pay you now."  Says as he sees Flanagan's Weir - "You ought to see the one Flanagan did of me. Its a dandy".  I told him to photograph it and I'll 
reproduce it.  Off to Coney Isle find it breezy & fine.
