But I sent Morris to Neave's office to wait till 6 P.M when copy was ready so I got it there about 7 P.M and could read it same evening
[[red underline]] Decision is sweeping [[/red underline]] and entirely in my favor.  Decree covers sixty pages and goes into every detail of testimony and arguments of defense.  I [[red underline]] feel very glad to be thus vindicated [[/red underline]]

his brother [[red underline]] George F. [[/red underline]] of Elizabeth. He is here temporarily in U.S until war is over, using this as a vacation and helping his brother to put his factory in Elizabeth in condition to manufacture some of the goods hitherto made in France.  Their plant in [[red underline]] Chauny [[/red underline]] is in the hands [[red underline]] of the Germans [[/red underline]] and since eight months he has heard no news.  They had just time to escape and flee when the Germans invaded France.  He motored as far as Biarritz then returned to Paris where he remained till he came to this country.  Violent thunderstorm afternoon delayed his departure. While they were here May phones me that [[red underline]] our modest exhibit [[/red underline]]
