Engineering.  A [[strikethrough]] short [[/strikethrough]] rather short man with small chin beard, and very large domed forehead, looks much like a professor [[strikethrough]] reminds [[/strikethrough]] by his stature and beard, reminds me [[strikethrough]] of [[/strikethrough]] somewhat of [[red underline]] Alphonse De Man, [[/red underline]] but seems much more awake.  Makes good impression probably 60 years old. Very friendly and earnest like the others.

Chief Constructor [[red underline]] D. W. Taylor [[/red underline]] Chief of Bureau of Construction and repair.  Seems younger than the former. Probably 45 years old.  Rather square head and small dropping moustache  
Wide awake eyes.  Makes very good impression has an alert intelligent look.  Pleasant and direct like all the others
