News from Europe published in morning's papers gives the [[red underline]] shocking details [[/red underline]] of the brutal execution [[red underline]] of Miss Cavell in Brussels by the military authorities. [[/red underline]] Have the prussian militarists not a grain of shame or common sense left? After Dinant, Louvain Malines, the Lusitania and now finally this ^[[insertion]] new [[/insertion]] outrage against humanity!
