They are 28 students there.  He rooms with the

Paulus seems rather gloomy.  Defective workmanship.  Electric welding defective.  Advised to remedy at once but order a ring at the same time to strap over drum so as to make an expansion joint as I suppose the accident due to unequal expansion of jacket, and drum the latter being at a higher temperature on account of heat developed by reaction of CO on NaOH.
