About the same kind of subjects as what I saw at the french pictures, but more german soldiers.  Evening at Chemists club listened to beginning of [[red underlined]] Parsons' [[/red underlined]] lecture on [[red underlined]] Radium [[/red underlined]] then went to University Club where Dr. Ehrendorf lectured and showed some of the most beautiful colored

59 stereopticon pictures I ever saw. Later on supper, where I met my old friend [[red underlines]] Maurice Coster [[/red underlined]] enthusiastic and cheerful as ever, and a certain Dr. Hamlin.

Evening went to see "Our American Cousin" with Lord Dundreary played by Sothern, a revival [[strikethrough]] from [[/strikethrough]] 1850 period. Rather silly puns and jokes but intereting on account of historical value of what used to be considered a good farce-comedy of the Victorian period. Then to bed.

Dec 19 (Sunday) [[red underlined]] Celine [[/red underlined]] arrived home yesterday so this morning I went back to Yonkers. Car was at station with [[red underlined]] George [[/red underlined]] who is on vacation. Afternoon had visit of Mr. [[red underlined]] Hampton, [[/red underlined]] formerly of [[red underlined]] Hampton's Magazine [[/red underlined]], now with tobacco trust, [[strikethrough]] a certain [[/strikethrough]]
