Speaks of developing [[red underline]] horsepower [[/red underline]] at [[strikethrough]] 2 1/ [[/strikethrough]] $2.50 a horsepower year delivered at switch board.
Sounds to good to be true, but he seems convinced of the practicability of his scheme. Told him this was the first bit of optimism I had heard since I had started investigating hydroelectric conditions
