Sept 27. This is the motor day excursion The weather, fine - Left early with little Buick for Scout duty. Albert drives [[underlined]] Stearns, Nina [[/underlined]] the [[underlined]] Hudson [[/underlined]] other members have loaned their cars for the excursion A busy day for all of us. 9 ladies participated and 10 men. Nina drove Hudson car with six guests. [[underlined]] Albert [[/underlined]] drove the Stearns and [[underlined]] I did Scout duty in little Buick [[/underlined]] Everything passed very well Evening another meeting of Council where it was announced that [[underlined]] Hertz [[/underlined]] consents to take [[underlined]] Editorship [[/underlined]]
