[[red underline]] Rumania practically concedes everything to Germany [[/red underline]] and allows their troops to pass over her territory. This will give additional supplies of wheat and oil to Germany and will permit her to continue the war notwithstanding the blockade
March [[strikethrough]] 8 [[/strikethrough]] 9  Spent all day working at motor; resetting rocker arms of valves. Engine works then balks again. Very tantalizing. Finally towards night found a bad wire connection ^[[After everything]] was cleaned spilled a quart of grape juice and had to clean again.
