Nov 27. Left early for Perth Amboy. Had an all days conference with [[red underlined]] Rossi. [[/red underlined]] Everything is [[red underlined]] moved out of old building except some junk and two sifters. [[/red underlined]] Conferences also with [[red underline]] Lawrence Nyak, Schimpe and Shannon on their research work. [[/red underline]] Told to Rossi about my plans of sending [[red underline]] George [[/red underline]] to Perth Amboy to learn the business from the ground up and that I do not want anybody to think that I [[red underline]] want to favor him or take away their chances [[/red underline]] for advancement or scope of importance. While speaking about [[red underline]] George [[/red underline]] showed him that [[red underline]] amateur photo where George is in his aviator [[/red underline]] cap and goggles. [[red underline]] Bartlett [[/red underline]] was much taken in with [[red underline]] artistic merit of this simple picture and asked me the photo as a document for one of his studies of the "Bird man". I felt highly flattered. [[/red underline]]
