around up Broadway in a new car. Beautiful day.
May 5. Busy here all day dictating belated correspondence, etc. [[red underline]] Frank Dyer [[/red underline]] urgently tries to get me at the 'phone while I was away.
May 6. More telephoning by [[red underline]] Dyer. Redman, Bull and Kirk Brown  [[/red underline]] want urgently to meet me. I can easily imagine their little conspiracy to put one over on me in relation to next suit against [[red underline]] Formica. A tricky lot! [[/red underline]]
Albert drove me to town. Parade of 77th just over. We went to Court house in Brooklyn to get apparatus and chemicals left there. Late afternoon took Captain [[red underline]] Wilson [[/red underline]] (Navy) for a drive
