Dec.5. Went to buy some clothes at Rogers Peet & Company. Am [[red underline]] amazed at the prices they are asking for ordinary clothes. [[/red underline]] No wonder everybody is dissatisfied. at the [[red underline]] high cost of living 
Every strike every restriction on labor boost up the prices of [[/red underline]] [[strikethrough]] one [[/strikethrough]] ^[[every]] article and the [[red underline]] workmen themselves [[/red underline]] then are dissatisfied when they find that articles in other branches of industry have undergone the same trend and that their higher wages are the reason for higher prices of commodities
Went to see [[red underline]] Joseph Grace [[/red underline]] in his office, to see whether I could get [[red underline]] steamer [[/red underline]] accommodation on his line. He was very pleasant. I
