No mosquitoes  or other insects too bother. phone so that every one in the house is disturbed thereby. Same with noisy electric bells. Any one who rings for his waiter at 1 AM or 5 A.M does so that the [[underlined in red]] ringing is heard all over. [[/underlined in red]] Some way or another the rooms reverberate the noise, and the walls and door seems to amplify the noise. Altho' this is the best and biggest hotel of the [[strikethrough]] house [[/strikethrough]] town, there is [[underlined in red]] no reading room and no writing room. [[/underlined in red]] There is a little room called salon, so stuffed up with showy furniture and "works of art" that there is no place left to sit Am told that the other hotels are much worse. Have noticed that the music one hears here everywhere, parks, restaurant hotel etc. is not much better than our poorer class, of similar music. To make matters worse
