The University and its whole system of teaching is very [[red underlined]] similar to that of Belgium [[/red underlined]] and [[red underlined]] France [[/red underlined]]. Complete centralization, Government institution. The Rector is also the head of the whole educational system of the country including primary and secondary schools (liceo.) Four faculties there however [[red underlined]] no degree of Doctor is given. [[/red underlined]] Only [[red underlined]] licenciado [[/red underlined]] even the physicians are called [[red underlined]] Medicos [[/red underlined]] altho' they call themselves [[red underlined]] doctors [[/red underlined]].
