[[/underlined in red]] Has visited libraries of U.S. and has introduced american system in this [[underlined in red]] beautiful [[/underlined in red]]

Was astonished at [[underlined in red]] great number [[/underlined in red]] of [[underlined in red]] Brazilian periodicals [[/underlined in red]] on all subjects. His assistant who spoke good French showed me a bibliographical review which he just had started publishing. [[underlined in red]] Carnegie Foundation [[/underlined in red]] had sent a very nice collection of the most interesting [[underlined in red]] American books. [[/underlined in red]] which occupy several partitions of the library. In basement there is [[underlined in red]] a full printing press equipment [[/underlined in red]] for the library also bookbinding department
