beautiful were it not for [[underlined in red]] generally neglected appearance [[/underlined in red]] Everything seems to reflect scant care or ambition. Streets ill paved. but sidewalks are good. [[/underlined in red]] The only boat at anchor was a delapidated small pumpkin seed - boat about 22 feet. Nothing else. A building in front contained one or two small sail boats place inside on wooden "horses" Yet the place [[underlined in red]] would make an ideal center for Yachting [[/underlined in red]] Saw two small sloop rigged sailboats with [[underlined]] blood red [[/underlined]] sails & yachting further in the Bay but they do not seem to belong to the Yacht Club.
