ever. not a ripple and a pleasant temperature Thermometer in my cabin is 75°F  
This evening there was dancing on deck and some of the passengers wore fancy costumes.
May 13. Bright sunny weather and calm sea as yesterday. Temperature in my room is only 74° F.

Many people seasick. Air damp and feels warm altho' thermometer is only 74° F. Our wireless operator overheard an S.O.S call from a British [[strikethrough]] Transp [[/strikethrough]] merchant ship but another ship stands by. At noon:
